AAUW Harrisburg NOVEMBER PROGRAM

Our speaker is Dr. Nikole Hollins-Simms, named Pennsylvania School Psychologist of the Year (2021) and the AAUW Harrisburg's Gateway to Equity Award honoree (2023). Dr. Hollins-Simms will provide an update on current challenges experienced by students as they navigate learning and life. She will also discuss how communities with diverse opinions about school rules determine what and how students learn.

Our program and Branch announcements will be held in the George Nahodil Community Room at MEMBERS 1ST Federal Credit Union, 5000 Marketplace Way, Enola, PA 17025. Refreshments are available at 6:30 pm with the program to begin at 7:00 pm. There is ample, well-lit parking at this location easily accessible from the East or West Shore.
