The Zonta Club of Harrisburg-Hershey and Greenlight Operation is hosting an Assembly to “Say NO to Human Trafficking”. The emphasis is on the regulation of Massage Parlors in PA. This legislation will provide for the licensure of bodywork facilities and impose powers and duties on the Department of State to prescribe penalties. Representative Webster who wrote the bill will be speaking along with Jordan Pine from Greenlight Operation and 3 others. At 10-11 there will be like-minded organizations displaying their literature in the rotunda prior to the Assembly that will begin at 11:00.
